Lord You have made us rich beyond measure taking us from darkness to light, from death to life. You have saved us from the coming judgment and have called us to a life of faith until that day. We confess to you today that we are prone to love our own wisdom better than yours. In our weakness we forget to think of you, to ask for your help, or to remember how foolish we are.
